Job summary

Harmony Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a young client with complex care needs in Leigh-On-Sea. This 1:1 role focuses on safe daily care within the client’s home, promoting independence and dignity.

The position offers day and night shifts with an urgent need for 15:30–21:30 coverage. Training is provided, and the role includes ongoing support from a dedicated team.

Care Assistant - Complex Care (Leigh-On-Sea, Essex)

£15.20 / £18 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Day/Night shifts available
Urgent requirement for 1530 - 2130 shifts

About the Client

Our client is a young 6 year old girl with Complex care requirements.

Clinical Requirements

• Experience with Children
• Dystonia management
• PEG / Feeding / Medication via button gastrostomy
• Administration of inhalers
• Position changing, client is dependent of an adult for all transfers and mobility
• Oral Suctioning
• Brain injury experience
• Seizure management
• Personal care

Compliance Requirements

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.

• £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer

Paid once your referral completes 150 hours.
