Job summary

Harmony Healthcare in Cardiff recruits compassionate Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to join our community-based teams providing person-centred care in clients’ homes. The role focuses on delivering safe, dignified support during night shifts, with comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personal care per care plan.
• Experience or exposure to elderly care.
• Ability to move and handle clients safely as required.

Role Overview

Location: Cardiff

Pay: £15.20 / £18 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Shifts Available: Nights shifts

Hours: 22:00 - 08:00, Mon - Sun

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

Personal Care

Elderly Care experience

Moving and Handling

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
