Experience is not required as a thorough induction and training program is provided. A DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required, with a welcoming team culture and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and staff.
• Be an efficient worker who can follow instructions from team members.
• Be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of duties at short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Assist residents with hygiene, promoting independence and dignity.
• Recognise and escalate clinical risks such as infections, falls or weight loss.
• Interact courteously with residents and visitors, upholding dignity.
