Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support residents with daily activities.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene ensuring independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate as needed.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, upholding dignity of individuals.
• Follow safe systems of work across all tasks.
