Avery Healthcare in Derby is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Care Assistant to join Middleton Lodge Care Home. You will deliver high standards of personal care, support residents with daily activities, and contribute to a friendly team environment.

No prior experience is required as we provide a thorough induction and training programme to build confidence in the role. DBS check will be required and eligibility to work in the UK must be proven.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Show initiative and be respectful towards residents and staff.
• Be able to follow reasonable instructions from team members.
• Be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities quickly.

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
