Qualifications

• Efficient worker able to follow instructions and adapt to duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene to maintain independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and respond to clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores and falls.
• Act courteously toward residents and visitors, upholding dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
