A local care provider is seeking passionate individuals for care roles at Codnor Park home. You will provide outstanding care to residents and must be flexible with shifts. No prior paid experience is necessary, as training will be provided. Join a supportive team and enjoy various employee benefits like bonuses and ongoing training.

Do you have experience in care or are you looking for that new challenge?

We are looking for local people who are passionate about providing an outstanding level of care and going the extra mile for our residents. We currently have a vacancy at Codnor Park home working full or part time hours a week.

The ideal candidate must be flexible in working all shifts.

It might not be that you have any paid experience providing care to others however you may have looked after and given care to a friend or family member. It would be desirable if you have an NVQ2 or working towards it. If not, don’t worry, we can provide you with all the training that you need in our induction scheme and through our buddying scheme when you start in our home.

Working for an established care provider like Ashmere, you start your journey with us by attending our monthly new starter company induction with all new joiners from all of our homes. We will kit you out with uniform, pay for your DBS check, provide you with regular training and maybe even spoil you with cake from time to time!
