Job summary

A local care provider is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team at King William Care Home in Waingroves. This role offers flexible full or part-time hours with thorough training provided, ideal for both experienced caregivers and those new to the field. Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable but not essential.

Do you have experience in care or are you looking for that new challenge?

We are looking for local people who are passionate about providing an outstanding level of care and going the extra mile for our residents. We currently have a vacancy at King William Care Home working full or part time hours a week.

The ideal candidate must be flexible in working all shifts.

It might not be that you have any paid experience providing care to others however you may have looked after and given care to a friend or family member. It would be desirable if you have an NVQ2 or working towards it. If not, don’t worry, we can provide you with all the training that you need in our induction scheme and through our buddying scheme when you start in our home.

Working for an established care provider like Ashmere, you start your journey with us by attending our monthly new starter company induction with all new joiners from all of our homes. We will kit you out with uniform, pay for your DBS check, provide you with regular training and maybe even spoil you with cake from time to time!
