Job summary

Bupa in London is seeking a Care Assistant (Bank) to provide person-centred care, supporting independence and choice for residents.

You'll assist with personal care, nutrition, and social activities, while keeping accurate care plans and reporting changes in line with regulations. Enjoy flexible bank shifts and a comprehensive induction as part of a compassionate care team.

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure to document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.

Job Description: Care Assistant (Bank)

Location: 21 Watermill Ln, London, N18 1SH

Salary: £12.75 – £13.75 per hour depending on experience

Hours: Flexibility is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
