Advantage Healthcare in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support a young woman with a spinal cord injury. Shifts are 24 hours with a sleep-in night, offering 24–48 hours per week and almost five days off. A reliable driver with own vehicle is essential; being pet-friendly and patient is valued.

Full training is provided; no prior complex care experience is required. You will assist with daily living, mobility, hobbies, outings, and follow care plans while working

Qualifications

• Experience with bowel management.
• A good listener with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working around pets.
• Reliable driver with own vehicle.
