Job summary

Unique Senior Care in Stratford-upon-Avon is recruiting a Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal injury, delivering hands‑on daily living assistance and warm, person‑centred companionship.

You will work 25–30 contracted hours per week with stable shifts (weekdays and every other weekend), receive full training, ongoing support, a competitive pay rate, mileage reimbursement, and an enhanced DBS check if appointed.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Confident, calm, and able to work independently.
• Reliable and committed to high quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Assist with feeding routines and meal preparation as needed.
• Encourage a client’s mobility and therapy exercises.
• Offer warm companionship and emotional support.
• Help with day-to-day tasks including pet care and household routines.
• Promote independence and environmentally friendly living for the client.
