Job summary
Care By Us Ltd is seeking qualified carers for a complex care role in Lyminge. The position involves supporting a young adult with a spinal injury, including bowel management and moving & handling, with on-shift assistance to registered nurses for invasive ventilation and related care tasks.
We provide full training, a DBS check covered by us, and clear progression into senior and leadership roles within the care team.
Qualifications
- Experience in complex care is essential.
- Experience with bowel management is required.
- Moving and handling equipment knowledge is needed.
Responsibilities
- Meet the client’s complex care needs (bowel management, moving & handling).
- Assist registered nurses on shift with invasive ventilation and cough assist as required.
