Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is recruiting for a Complex Care role in Retford. You will assist a client with spinal injury, supporting mobility and independence at home and work. Training is provided, and no prior care experience is required.

Key tasks include moving and handling, administering medication, and personal care. A driver is requested for the role, with flexible shifts across days and nights.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full nurse-led training provided.
• We’re looking for caring, compassionate and resilient individuals who can adapt to a busy care environment.
• Ability to support a client with mobility and daily activities is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the client with mobility and daily activities.
• Provide personal care including catheter care and bowel management.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and accompany client to activities such as football matches.
