Superior Healthcare are recruiting a Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a client in Tunbridge Wells. The role involves providing 24‑hour support to a gentleman living with a spinal cord injury, including daily catheter care and assistance with an electric wheelchair.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday with long days 8am-8pm, wake nights 8pm-8am and shorter shifts 8am-2pm. Benefits include thorough paid training, NVQ/Diploma progression, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK based care experience.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Full Right to work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dignity and respect to the client at all times.
• Follow care plans written by Nurse Manager for person-centred care.
