Job summary

Padgate House is a 35-bed nursing intermediate care facility in Warrington seeking empathetic care assistants to join our team on a part-time basis (18.75 hours per week). You will provide personal care, dressing and undressing, and assist with showering to promote independence and dignity.

The role includes weekend, evening and Bank Holiday work. DBS clearance is required, and you must have the right to work in the UK. Interviews will be held locally; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Padgate House is a 35 bedded nursing Intermediate Care Facility providing short term period of rehabilitation following an admission to hospital or an acute episode at home requiring further support.

The role

This is part time 18.75 hours per week

The successful applicants will be required to provide full care services which includes help with personal care, dressing/undressing and assistance with showering /bathing. Working to the principles of care offering choice, promoting independence and helping to maintain the dignity of the people in our care

Experience of working in care would be an advantage. You should be flexible in your approach to work as you will be required to work a rota which includes weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.
