Job summary

Padgate House in Warrington is seeking compassionate care staff to deliver person-centred support for adults in a 35-bed Intermediate Care facility. The role is 12.5 hours per week.

You will assist with personal care, dressing and bathing, work to a rota including weekends and Bank Holidays, and help residents stay independent and dignified. DBS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is an advantage.
• You should be flexible in your approach to work as you will be required to work a rota which includes weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.
• DBS clearance is required.

Job description

Padgate House is a 35 bedded nursing Intermediate Care Facility providing short term period of rehabilitation following an admission to hospital or an acute episode at home requiring further support.

The role

12.50 hours per week.

The successful applicants will be required to provide full care services which includes help with personal care, dressing/undressing and assistance with showering /bathing. Working to the principles of care offering choice, promoting independence and helping to maintain the dignity of the people in our care
