Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group seeks care worker to support a client with a spinal injury at home. You will assist with mobility, personal care, and social activities, while providing companionship and empathy to enhance daily living.

Experience in social care and with disabilities is preferred; strong communication and independent working ability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care preferred.
• Experience with adults with disabilities preferred.
• Experience with clients who have communication difficulties or need additional support desired.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently required.

Responsibilities

• Support client with mobility at home and personal care.
• Assist in outdoor activities and attending social events.
• Provide companionship and empathetic care to improve quality of life.

Shifts Available: 1 x10 hour shift nights, 2x7 hour shift days Sat and Sun only

Job Description

This role is supporting our client with a spinal injury in their own home to help mobilise around the property, provide personal and social care, help support to enjoy outdoor activities and attend social events, they enjoy a variety of interests and the right person will provide care, empathy and companionship.

Qualifications

• -Experience working in Social Care Preferred.
• -Experience of working with adults with disabilities preferred.
• -Experience dealing with client who have communication difficulties or need additional support desired.
• -This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work indepedently.
