Job summary

Komplex Group seeks a Care Assistant to support a gentleman with lifelong clinical needs at his home in Wolverhampton. You will perform personal care, monitor health, and follow detailed care plans under nurse-led oversight.

This role requires a full UK driving licence, care experience or willingness to train, and strong attention to detail. We offer comprehensive training, flexible shifts (12-hour days and nights), and access to support and wellbeing benefits.

The Role

Role: Care Assistant

Location: Wolverhampton

Hours: Days & Waking Nights - 12 Hour Shifts

Payrate: £13.50 per hour

You’ll provide support with catheter care, personal care, moving and handling, and other aspects of his daily routine. You’ll support him to enjoy the things that matter most to him safely and with confidence.

Your Role as a Care Assistant

You’ll join a dedicated, nurse-led team providing hands-on care for individuals with lifelong and potentially life-critical clinical needs.

This is NOT standard domiciliary care. You’ll follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor changes in the individual’s condition and perform the specialist interventions needed to keep them safe, stable and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventions
• Managing tracheostomies, ventilation and specialist equipment
• Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration
• Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately
