Job summary

Nobilis Care is seeking Community Care Assistants to provide person-centred home care in Fareham and surrounding areas. You’ll support with meals, medications, and daily tasks while promoting independence and wellbeing.

No previous experience is required as full training and shadowing are provided; we’re looking for caring, reliable people with good communication and a UK driving license. Flexible hours and guaranteed hours options with training bonuses and benefits.

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
• Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
