Bluebird Care Stratford & Warwick is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. We offer part-time or full-time positions across Stratford & Warwick, with expert training and ongoing support to deliver exceptional home care.

You will help clients with daily living, personal care, meals, medications when needed, and companionship, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in their own homes. We value dedicated, caring individuals who want to make a difference.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required (training provided).

Care Assistant - Part-Time or Full-Time

Location: Stratford & Warwick

£15.00 - £30.00 per hour | Expert training

Hours include one evening and alternate weekends

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
