Job summary

Bluebird Care Tamworth is seeking motivated Care Assistants to support customers at home, delivering compassionate, person-centred care. You’ll work independently or as part of a supportive team, tailoring care, helping with daily living tasks and following care plans.

The role includes driving to client homes, completing inductions, and ongoing expert training. Flexible shift patterns, full induction, and PPE are provided.
