Hazelwell Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is hiring a Care Assistant on a flexible 0-48 hour weekly contract. The role offers £12.71 per hour with paid DBS pension and uniform, plus 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full-time contract.

You will support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility and nutrition, following care plans to ensure safe, respectful, and high-quality care. Weekend shifts are required with day and night bank options.

Based in the Wirral, our stunning all-inclusive 55-bed care facility offers high-quality Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite care.

Care Assistant Contract

• £12.71 per hour
• Contracted to 0-48 hours per week
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends. Day and Night Bank shifts available.
