Job summary

Agincare Group in the UK is inviting applicants to join our Dunboyne Court team as a Home Carer. You’ll support people with daily routines, personal care, shopping, meals, and companionship, helping to keep them independent at home.

You don’t need previous care experience—just a kind and compassionate nature. We offer flexible contracts, funded training up to QCF level 5, a pension scheme and on‑demand pay, plus a refer-a-friend incentive and guaranteed interview for eligible applicants.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care


• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea


• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation


• Helping with medication

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others


• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships


• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset


• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)


• A full UK driving licence (Preferred)
