Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Home Carer to help clients live independently at home, delivering practical support with daily tasks and personal care. You will bring warmth, empathy and a can-do attitude to build trust and comfort in clients’ everyday lives.

This role welcomes applicants with or without prior care experience. A UK driving licence is preferred, and you will receive funded training and development opportunities while joining a supportive, team-focused company.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care

About you:

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence (Preferred)
