Waterside Care Home in Tipton, West Midlands, is seeking a Caring Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care and mobility while following care plans for safe, dignified support. You will work as part of a friendly team to ensure residents feel valued and well cared for.

Experience is welcome but not essential; full training and development are provided to support your journey within a caring, supportive workplace at Care Concern Group.

Formación

Waterside Care Home is a 59 bed care home located in Tipton, West Midlands. Providing nursing care for older people, the home offers a friendly and welcoming environment where colleagues work together as one team to deliver high quality, person centred care and make a real difference to the lives of Residents every day., As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
