Lovett Care Limited is seeking kind and compassionate Care Assistants for The Waterside in St Helens. You will deliver person-centred care to residents, following Care Plans, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home.

The role is full-time, paid at £13.00 per hour, with shifts from 07:45 to 20:00 and alternate weekends. We offer induction, training, DBS, progression opportunities, and a supportive team.

Formación

• Experience at Care Assistant level in a care environment is preferable.
• Care certificate of equivalent or a willingness to achieve this in the first 12 months of employment
• Evidence of good care practice knowledge relating to the care of older people
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the 6 principles of care and how they underpin the delivery of care in a residential/Nursing setting.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a team
• Demonstrate self-motivation and confidence

The Waterside is a contemporary, purpose-built 64-bedroom care home facility with ensuite accommodation, nestled in the heart of St Helens. Designed with comfort, safety, and dignity in mind, The Waterside offers a comprehensive range of care services including residential, nursing, and specialist dementia support. The home reflects the Lovett Care vision of providing the highest standards of safety, comfort and care. All team members are hand selected for their warmth and passion; they have a full induction and ongoing training from our in-house trainers. Across Lovett Care all of our staff are paid the national minimum wage or above.

We are seeking to appoint kind, caring and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. You will deliver quality of care to residents in line with agreed Care Plans. You will contribute to the efficient and effective running of the Care Home. We have a full time contract available with an hourly rate of £13.00! Shift times are 0745-2000with alternate weekend working.
