Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited’s Caraway Care Home in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant. You will support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility and nutrition, delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a respectful environment.

The role offers training, career development and 5.6 weeks' annual leave (for full-time), with pay at £13 per hour and benefits including a paid DBS check and uniform. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.00 per hour

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
