Job summary

We are CCH, Advantage Healthcare, and we’re expanding our Complex Care team in Tameside. We’re seeking confident, motivated, empathetic Care Professionals with excellent communication to join our 24/7 support network and help the client live life to the fullest.

You’ll assist with daily activities, including bowel management, hoist use, medication, and tracheostomy/ventilator care. Training is provided, and the family will be closely involved in care.

Qualifications

• Experience working in care would be beneficial but is not essential.
• You’ll receive full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support to develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Join a 24/7 care team and support the client to live life to the fullest.
• Assist with daily activities including bowel management, hoist assistance, medication, and tracheostomy/ventilator care including suctioning.
• Work closely with the family as part of the client’s support team.

Job Description

I am looking for confident, motivated and empathetic Care Professionals with excellent communication skills to join my 24/7 care team and support me to live life to the fullest.

I require support with a range of daily activities, including bowel management, hoist assistance, medication, and tracheostomy and ventilator care, including suctioning. I live with my parents and younger siblings, and my family are very involved in my care, so it’s important that you are comfortable working closely with them as part of my support team.

Outside of my care needs, I love music and enjoy listening to my favourite singers and watching TV shows. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, caring and understanding,
