Job summary

CCH Group, Advantage Healthcare, Brixton, is seeking a dedicated care professional to join our Complex Care team in Brixton, delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

You will provide essential clinical tasks such as ventilation support, bowel management, and safe moving and handling, working closely with an experienced team.

We provide full training and paid induction, free DBS check, career progression, and family-friendly benefits, with opportunities to relocate within CCH.

Qualifications

• Experience in ventilation support is essential.
• Experience in bowel management is essential.
• Experience with moving and handling equipment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex care to a client with Noonan's syndrome, communicating via phone or gestures.
• Join and support the existing complex care team.

Shifts: Days and Nights available: 8 am - 8 pm | 8 pm - 8 am

What you'll do

Our client is a highly intelligent gentleman who has Noonan's syndrome, a genetic disorder which can cause a multitude of complex care issues. Due to this, he communicates via his phone or through gestures.

We are looking for someone who is sensitive and aware that even due to the client being non-verbal does not mean he is incapable of interaction. We are also looking for someone skilled in complex care to join our existing team.

What you'll need

Experience required in the following clinical tasks is essential, prior to an interview commencing:

• Ventilation Support
• Bowel Management.
• Moving & handling equipment - especially in standing/support frames
