Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, via Advantage Healthcare, is seeking compassionate care professionals for 24/7 support in a family-led home setting in Tameside. You will assist with daily activities and medical needs, working as part of a close-knit care team with ongoing nurse-led training.

Experience in care is beneficial but not essential. DBS check provided; ample induction, progression, and family-friendly policies accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in care would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support provided.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities including bowel management, hoist assistance, medication administration, and tracheostomy/ventilator care.
• Work with family members as part of the care team to support the client living at home.

Job Description

I am looking for confident, motivated and empathetic Care Professionals with excellent communication skills to join my 24/7 care team and support me to live life to the fullest.

I require support with a range of daily activities, including bowel management, hoist assistance, medication, and tracheostomy and ventilator care, including suctioning. I live with my parents and younger siblings, and my family are very involved in my care, so it's important that you are comfortable working closely with them as part of my support team.

Outside of my care needs, I love music and enjoy listening to my favourite singers and watching TV shows. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, caring and understanding,

Qualifications

Experience working in care would be beneficial for this role, but is not essential. You'll receive full nurse led training and ongoing clinical support to develop skills in various areas.
