Orchard Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant at Ashlea Lodge Care Home, Sunderland. You will support residents with daily activities, deliver compassionate personal care, and participate in a supportive team focused on dignity and independence.

• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing.
