Job summary

Bluebird Care Stroud and Cirencester is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our expert team. You will support customers with daily living tasks in their own homes, delivering high-quality care with dignity and respect.

We offer expert training, flexible shifts, guaranteed hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including health services. A full UK driving licence is preferred; training is provided to help you build confidence and develop professionally.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.

Requirements
