Job summary

Bluebird Care Lincoln is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our expert team and help us set the standard of home care. You’ll support customers with day-to-day living in their own homes, working independently or with a supportive team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

We offer £13.50 per hour with an enhanced bank holiday rate, full induction and ongoing expert training, uniform and PPE, and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

  • A full UK driving licence or access to vehicle.
  • Kind, compassionate attitude with calm approach to care.
  • Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Ability to follow care plans.
  • Previous care experience beneficial but training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
  • Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming) and nutrition.
  • Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
  • Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
  • Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.
  • £13.50 per hour, with an enhanced bank holiday rate of £20.25 per hour.
  • Full induction and ongoing expert training.

Requirements
