Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a part-time Care and Support Assistant at Hawkesbury Place, Stow on the Wold. You will support residents with daily tasks, help organize social activities, and promote independence in a central on-site location.

The role offers funded training in Adult Care (Level 2 or 3), 28 days pro-rata holiday, pension and life insurance, and wellbeing support through an Employee Assistance Program. UK-based applicants only.

Qualifications

• 1+ year UK health and social care experience.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) a plus.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred, Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.
• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
