CCH Group in Orpington is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury. You will provide person-centred care, promote comfort and independence, and follow the client’s daily support plan with strict infection control and safety checks.
The role requires a valid UK manual driving licence with access to a mobility van, and offers full training, DBS coverage, and clear progression within Maidstone Complex SCP.

Pay: Up to £15.15 per hour

This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, consistency, and excellent communication skills, building positive interactions and providing person-centred care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.
As part of our dedicated care team, you will be responsible for reviewing and following the client’s support plan on a daily basis, adhering to infection control procedures, carrying out safety checks on equipment, and monitoring and administering clinical interventions in line with training and care protocols.
It is essential you must have a valid UK manual driving licence and be confident in using a mobility van.
