Job summary

Healthcare Homes Group is seeking compassionate care staff to join the team at Foxearth Lodge in Saxtead, Suffolk. The home provides nursing, residential, respite and dementia care, with a warm, family-like atmosphere and a strong commitment to person-centred care.

You will support residents with personal care, provide companionship, and help maintain accurate records. We offer induction, a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing training through the Healthcare Homes Academy.

33 hours per week on Days - 8am - 8pm (including every other weekend)

36 hours per week on Nights - 8pm - 8am (including every other weekend)

Bank shifts - covering days and nights

£12.90 per hour

Foxearth Lodge provides nursing, residential, respite and dementia care to residents within the area of Saxtead in Suffolk. The home can also provide care for younger people with physical disabilities. The environment within the home is calming and cheerful among staff and residents – there is a real family feel.

What would a typical day look like?

Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)

Providing companionship and offering social interaction

Maintaining accurate resident records
