Healthcare Homes Group in Maidstone is seeking a caring care assistant to join Ashley Gardens' team. You will support residents with personal care, companionship, and daily routines, including night and day shifts.

You will receive thorough induction and training through the Healthcare Homes Academy, with opportunities for qualifications and progression, plus a pension and staff benefits.

48 hrs per week - Night shifts 8pm - 8am (includes alternate weekends)

Bank day shifts 8am - 8pm

What would a typical day look like?

Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)

Providing companionship and offering social interaction

Maintaining accurate resident records
