Healthcare Homes Group is seeking compassionate care staff for Fornham House in Fornham St Martin. The role covers night shifts from 7pm to 7am, totaling 48 hours per week, including every other weekend. Pay is £13 per hour, with a thorough induction and ongoing training available.

You will support residents with personal care, provide companionship, and help maintain accurate records in a welcoming, family‑oriented home that values person‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisting residents with personal care including hygiene, dressing, mobility.
• Ability to provide companionship and social interaction to residents.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records and notes.

What would a typical day look like?

Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)

Providing companionship and offering social interaction

Maintaining accurate resident records
