Sandwell Council is seeking a motivated Reablement Care Assistant to join Harvest View in Rowley Regis. You will work nights, following a person-centred plan with the therapy and management teams to help service users regain skills and confidence for home return.
Essential: NVQ/QCF/RQF L2 in Care or equivalent, and ability to work nights, weekends and bank holidays on a rota. This role forms part of a supportive, value-driven local council team.

We are currently seeking a motivated Care Assistant to join Harvest View, an 80-bed reablement facility located in Rowley Regis.

As a Reablement Care Assistant working nights you will work with the service user through their person-centred plan and treatment programme in conjunction with the Therapy team and Management team. You will work with individuals to regain their skills and confidence so that they can return home. You will play a pivotal role in supporting their night needs.
This role operates on a rota basis and includes:
Variable contracts from 20, 25, 30 and 35 hours per week You will be required to work night shifts. (9.15pm – 7.15am) Including alternate working weekends and bank holidays on a rota pattern.
