Job summary

Sandwell Council is seeking a motivated Reablement Care Assistant to join Harvest View in Rowley Regis. You will work nights, following a person-centred plan with the therapy and management teams to help service users regain skills and confidence for home return.

Essential: NVQ/QCF/RQF L2 in Care or equivalent, and ability to work nights, weekends and bank holidays on a rota. This role forms part of a supportive, value-driven local council team.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
• Experience working in a care setting to CQC standards.
• Willing to work night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with night-time care in line with plans.
• Support wellbeing and independence.
• Collaborate with Therapy and Management teams.
• Maintain person-centred care and safety.
