Job summary

Bluebird Care Reigate is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team providing high-quality home care in Reigate. You will support clients with daily living tasks, personal care, meal preparation and companionship, working either independently or as part of a supportive team.

We offer flexible shift patterns, ongoing training, and a friendly, inclusive team committed to delivering dignity and independence to our customers.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not mandatory as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, meal planning and nutrition.
• Support with medication administration and safe disposal.
• Perform light housekeeping and domestic tasks as needed.
• Be a dependable, friendly presence and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements
