Job summary

Care Outlook is hiring a Healthcare Assistant in Abbotswood (BN16, Rustington). You will support vulnerable adults with personal care, help with daily tasks, and build trusting relationships in home care settings.

Role includes shifts across early to night hours; no sponsorship is offered. Start date is immediate with comprehensive training provided and DBS DBS DBS coverage.

Day AND Night Shifts Available!

As a healthcare assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

The Role

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorised to work in the UK - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Shifts available for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 07:00am - 19:00pm
• 15:00pm - 22:00pm
• 22:00pm - 07:00am

Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
