Avon Search is recruiting a Care Assistant for a Luxury Retirement Home in Poole, Dorset. Part-time shifts (days or nights) available, with an hourly pay of £12.79–£13.88 depending on experience.

Role involves supporting residents with daily living, providing compassionate personal care, and promoting independence in a high-quality, person-centred environment. Training and development are provided.

Avon Search is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential care home located in the desirable coastal town of Poole, Dorset.

Situated close to Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs, this welcoming care home enjoys stunning harbour views and provides high-quality residential care within a warm, friendly, and homely environment. With excellent transport links to both Poole and Bournemouth, the home is conveniently located close to local shops, a hairdresser, bank and other community amenities.

The home offers accommodation across 54 spacious en-suite bedrooms, alongside comfortable lounges, a bright conservatory overlooking the gardens, and welcoming dining areas where residents can relax and socialise.

The Role

As a Care Assistant (Days or Nights), you will provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain their independence while enhancing their wellbeing and quality of life.

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and ensure they receive the highest standards of care throughout the day or night.
