Avon Search is currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant on behalf of a well-established, luxury retirement home in Bournemouth. The role offers part-time day shifts with pay of £13.91 per hour and a warm, family-run environment in a Victorian residence with landscaped grounds.

You will lead and mentor staff, deliver person-centred care, support with daily living and medication as needed, and maintain detailed care records while upholding dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable.
• Experience in a senior care role within a residential care setting.
• Experience providing personal and person-centred care.
• Medication experience.

The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while providing guidance and support to the wider care team.

Your responsibilities will include:
