Job summary

Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in the Oxford area. The role offers full-time or part-time contracts with a competitive hourly rate of £13.50–£14.50, rising to £15.00–£16.00 after 6 months. Travel time is paid, mileage is paid, and flexible working hours are available to fit your schedule.

No prior experience is required. You must be 18+, have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• You don't need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.
• You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.
• The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
