Job summary

Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in Didcot, delivering compassionate, person-centred care in home settings. No prior experience is required, and you will join a friendly, local team.

You must be over 18, hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. This role offers both full-time and part-time hours with a competitive hourly rate, paid travel time and mileage, and opportunities for career development.

Job Title: Home Care Assistant

Location: Didcot

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (raising to £15.00 - £16.00 after 6 months)

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
