Job summary

Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in Didcot and nearby areas. No prior experience required; a great personality and good values are key to delivering compassionate care and building trust with clients.

You will be over 18, have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and have the right to work in the UK. DBS checks and references will be required where applicable.

Job Title: Care Assistant

Location: Didcot

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (raising to £15.00 - £16.00 after 6 months)

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
