Job summary

All Care Services is recruiting a Care Assistant to support older adults across the Henley-on-Thames area with home-based, person-centred care. You will help with personal care, meals, light housework, and shopping, providing companionship and a supportive presence.

No prior experience is required as full training and induction are provided, with paid shadow shifts and opportunities to progress through NVQ qualifications.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; full training provided.
• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes across the Henley-on-Thames area.
• Assist with personal care, meals, light household tasks, and shopping.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Henley-on- Thames area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, drivers with a Full UK licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
