Job summary

Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Didcot to support local clients with compassionate, person-centred care in their own homes.

No prior experience is required; applicants must be over 18, hold a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and have the right to work in the UK. Flexi hours and a competitive hourly rate apply.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; DBS disclosure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care to clients in the Oxford & Abingdon area.
• Assist with daily living tasks as required and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure client safety and wellbeing.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
