McCarthy & Stone is hiring a Care Assistant for the Knox Court estate in Rugby. The role is 20 hours per week with pay starting at £13.26 per hour and enhanced up to £14.56 on weekends and evenings.

You will support residents with light domestic duties, coordinate activities, and assist with appointments and shopping. The position offers paid training for Level 2/3 Adult Care, 28 days holiday (pro‑rated), life insurance, a pension, and wellbeing support.

• Experience: a minimum of 1 year in UK health and social care; Level 2 QCF is an asset but not mandatory.
